Stock Availability: At T.H. Wiggans Architectural Ironmongery, we maintain a substantial inventory of our most popular products. However, with over 30,000 items listed on our website, it is not possible for us to stock everything. We are committed to providing you with the widest range of options, and for non-stocked products, we have efficient ordering processes in place with most manufacturers.

Dispatch Times: If all the items in your order are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order either on the same day or the following day, depending on the time of your order. In cases where we need to order items from our suppliers, the dispatch time typically ranges from 2-3 days. The estimated lead-time for these products can be found on the product page.

Multiple Product Orders: For orders containing multiple products, all items will be dispatched together. The dispatch date will be determined by the product with the longest delivery time.

Weekday Dispatch: Orders are dispatched on weekdays, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed at the beginning of the following week.

Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a list of the items you've ordered, your delivery address, and any special delivery instructions.

Dispatch Notification: When your order is ready to be dispatched, you will receive another email with tracking information, informing you that your parcel is on its way.

Order Issues: If any issues arise with your order, such as unavailability of items from the manufacturer, we will contact you promptly. We will make every effort to provide you with an alternative solution. If you are not satisfied, we can cancel the item and refund the amount owed to you.

Urgent Deliveries: If you require urgent delivery, please contact us, and we will explore available options. Some of our manufacturers offer direct next-day delivery services, though this may involve additional delivery costs.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the Secure Checkout process. You can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method to view these costs. Please note that at this time, we only deliver parcels to the UK Mainland and Scottish Highlands.

• Orders over £85.00 will be sent FREE to the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands, which is charged at £15 per order).
• Orders below £85.00 will incur a delivery charge of £8.50 (excluding Scottish Highlands, which is charged at £15 per order).

Tracking Your Order: We offer a tracking service through APC PinPoint to monitor the progress of your parcel's journey. To track your order, simply visit the APC Overnight website and enter your consignment number and delivery postcode. You will receive this information via email when your order is dispatched.
